Booking & payment
No. Send the trip details first. We confirm the vehicle, availability and fixed price before the booking is agreed. No deposit or payment is required upfront.
Same-day requests are possible, but for airport pickups, large groups, and events we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred vehicle.
We accept bank transfer, cash (EUR, CZK, USD), and most major cards on request. Payment is settled after we confirm the fixed price — never upfront via the form.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a partial fee depending on the vehicle and route. Contact us on WhatsApp.
Airport transfers
Yes. Share the flight number in the notes so pickup timing can be planned around the actual arrival. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts automatically — no extra charge.
We track all incoming flights automatically. If your arrival is delayed, the pickup time adjusts accordingly — there is no extra charge for standard flight delays.
For airport pickups we include a standard 60-minute free waiting period after the flight lands. If you need longer, just let us know in advance.
Vehicles & extras
If you are unsure, enter passenger and luggage details. We will recommend the right sedan, van, minibus or coach for your group size and journey.
Yes. We can provide child seats and booster seats on request. Please specify the number and approximate age/weight of children when you submit the booking form.
Routes & destinations
Yes. We offer private city-to-city transfers from Prague to Vienna, Dresden, Munich, Berlin, Budapest and further across Central Europe.
